      CES, short for Consumer Electronics Show is an annual trade show organised by the Consumer Technology Association which was held earlier this month in Las Vegas, USA. The event always attracts very large and diverse audiences from across the globe and tech enthusiasts look to events like this to find the coolest and most innovative tech that big tech companies, startups and developers have to showcase. Last year's CES introduced us to many new smart devices, innovative wearable gadgets and gave us a look at how the future of transportation could look like, this year's event has a lot more weird and wonderful gadgets in store. MICROSOFT EXTENDS THE FREE WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE OFFER

Yes guys, you can still upgrade your windows 7 or 8.1 operating system to windows 10 for free, but hurry, the offer ends in less than a week. Windows 10 was officially released on the 29th of July 2015, it was made to succeed the windows 8.1 OS which was released in 2013 and had mixed reactions from the general tech scene especially with the complete redesign of the start menu which became a start screen.     Microsoft learned a lot from their mistakes with 8 and 8.1, so they gave us something special with windows 10. Microsoft first offered a free windows 10 upgrade in May 2015 which ended on the anniversary of when the OS was released. But there was a loophole. Microsoft has given windows 7 and 8.1 users another means of upgrading their old PCs which may soon be coming to an end.
